This weekend saw the first two days of public viewings for our newest listing in Cupertino, 21295 Rumford Drive, and the turnout was excellent on both days. More than 80 groups viewed the home this weekend, which gives further strength to the claim that Silicon Valley’s real estate market has already bottomed out and demand for quality homes is just as strong as ever.

For those who missed my earlier post on Rumford Drive, the listing is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood with excellent schools, parks, and shopping within easy walking distance. The owner has made a considerable investment in getting the house ready for market, and the extra effort has really made the house shine. New floors and carpets have been installed and the house has been freshly painted throughout. The downstairs master bath and hall bath have also been redone and the home is ready to move-in today.
As can be expected from a listing of this quality, demand has been high, and we have already seen multiple parties download property disclosures with the expressed intent of making an offer.
