In addition to a flexible commission structure, StynesGroup Real Estate Solutions provides a comprehensive Marketing Plan and a Comparative Market Analysis, which we’ve designed to bring in the best price possible for the sale of your home. In fact, we’re so confident we can provide you with the highest level of service available that we allow our Seller / Clients the option to cancel their listing if they are not not satisfied. “Full Service” to “Do-it-Yourself”, our program gives home sellers, like you the option of complete control.

An agent from another brokerage represents the buyer. Our marketing fee is flexible to meet your specific needs (2.0% – 3.5%) and the other Broker (buyer’s agent) can be paid up to three and a half per cent (2.5% – 3.5%). This variable pricing is unique to Silicon Valley Real Estate sales. Pricing is influenced by the amount of work necessary to prepare and sell the home. If we’re just providing our baseline “full set of services”, representing you to assure all documents and disclosure are prepared and completed correctly, negotiate a sales price you accept or fees are obviously less. If however, you seek to assure you receive the highest possible price, we provide extensive hands-on guidance in the remodeling and staging of your home prior to sale. These projects could including hiring contractors to update kitchens and baths, landscaping your yard, etc. We will even go as far as recommend and coordinate the selection of contractors, landscape designers, interior decorators and often additional marketing expertise. For these additional services many of our clients willingly pay a premium fee.

You find the buyer and there is no other Broker (agent) involved. We write the Purchase Agreement and coordinate all necessary inspections, title searches, financing and handle the entire closing process for you. Our commission is just three per cent (3%).

You find the buyer and there is no other Broker (agent) involved. You don’t want our assistance… YOU PAY NO COMMISSION! A nominal $399 transaction fee is due upon termination of the Agreement.
