StynesGroup Receives Top Honors for its 2009 Silicon Valley Real Estate Sales
StynesGroup was recognized yesterday (January 12, 2010) by its peers and the management of Keller Williams Realty – Cupertino as the Top Listing Team and the Top Team for Totals Sales in 2009. These honors are very significant and well deserved as 2009 was a very difficult year for the local real estate market.
When Tom Stynes, founder of StynesGroup was asked for a comment, he said “StynesGroup does not practice real estate sales for rewards, we do it help people buy homes as well as existing homeowners sell homes so they’re able to fulfill their next chapter in Life. Hopefully as byproduct of these rewards we will be able twice as many people in 2010”.
Tom also wanted to thank the staff of StynesGroup and the key people and organizations who made this award possible: the support resources within Keller Williams-Cupertino, the escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and advertising agencies too many to name individually.
