Personal Experience
Tom has in excess of twenty years of diverse financial and real estate experience. He has held several positions in sales, product management and project management. Prior to Tom’s real estate career, he was Managing Director for an Information Technology consulting group based in Foster City, California. Tom holds a PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification as awarded by the Project Management Institute, and runs his business accordingly.

Personal Background
Tom is a resident of Sunnyvale, CA and a forty-year inhabitant of the bay area. Prior to living in California, Tom emigrated from the Republic of Ireland as a child with his parents. Currently Tom and his wife have two grown children. Tom enjoys hiking in the mountains, golf and gourmet cooking. He is a founding member of the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco, CA.

Victoria Quade

Director of Marketing

Victoria is responsible for the planning and implementation of our property marketing programs and escrow coordination. On any given day she synchronizes the vast array of activities necessary to bring our team’s listings to “market readiness”. These activities include coordinating contractors and inspectors, assuring all disclosures are completed in a timely fashion, designing and publishing property specific marketing materials such as postcards, property flyers, and the updating and maintenance of our several websites.

As our Escrow Coordinator, Victoria directs the extensive list of tasks linked to every successful escrow. On a daily basis she takes on the roles of project manager, coach, drill sergeant and therapist. As the ultimate professional, Victoria does it all in cordial and proficient manner. Victoria is here to make sure your transaction closes seamlessly and that your home gets the maximum exposure possible to reach our mutual goal of getting the best price for your home in the shortest amount of time.
